Step 1: Serve a measure of Flor de Jamaica
Step 2: Place a lemon or lime slice in the gin for a minute or two.
# Optional: For a sweeter drink replace the lemon or lime slice with orange.

Mexico reveres hibiscus. To get creative, we suggest an Oxaca style cocktail. Simply pour a decent measure of Flor de Jamaica into a shaker with ice, lime juice and agave syrup, shake and strain over ice. Then add a stick of canela into each glass and advise your guests to stir the cocktail with this delicious, aromatic spice.
For a side dish, offer some fried corn tortillas or a bag of totopos (like nachos) accompanied with a Pico de Gallo salad.
